Edward Bowes — forty-five years at the British Columbia bar.

Edward Bowes has practised law in Vancouver for over 45 years. A graduate of the University of British Columbia, Edward went on to earn an LL.M. from the London School of Economics as a British Commonwealth Scholar. Early in his career, he taught at UBC's law faculty before entering private practice.
For 15 years, Edward served as a Judicial Justice in the Provincial Court of British Columbia, bringing judicial insight and gravitas to his subsequent practice. At Sentinel Law he focuses on real estate, real estate litigation, construction and commercial dispute resolution, representing clients at all levels of court across British Columbia — trial courts, appellate courts, and everything in between.
Edward's interests beyond the courtroom reflect his depth and curiosity. He obtained his private pilot's licence before even securing his driver's licence, has been a beekeeper for more than 35 years, and is a qualified advanced open water diver. An avid skier, he brings the same precision, calm under pressure and discipline to his legal work as he does to his adventurous pastimes.
